Monthly payment details?

I want to buy a Fizz sim card but I wanted to know if the monthly payment will be deducted automatically and if I want to pause the sim card for a month for example. I need more details about this please.

Hi fares, fizz is a prepaid service so you pay for a month even if you canceled during the month , have a great day and don't hesitate to mark my answer as the best. thank you

Fizz does not give you the option to put you plan in pause
However, you can unsubscribe and reactivate it, If you do this within 60 days you can keep your number, passing the 60 days you will get a new number.

Hi Fares, you are charge for the full month. You cannot put it on pause though. The option would be to cancel and then resubscribe in the future.

No there's no iption to pause. You would have to unsubscribe and then re apply

As the other members suggested, the idea is that being a prepaid company, we cannot pause your plan because the payment is taken only in advance automatically.
