Fizz 35$ pending / 70$.
I have received when i was subscribing a 35$. And i have 2x 35$ referals. But in pending section there only a 35$, it's the second one 35$ i received, not the first one.
Can you correct the situation.

When did your referral friends subscribed ? Maybe they didn't get their first invoice yet. (I think that's the time you get your bonus)
And did they enter your referral code properly ?7 -
If you miss one referral probably there was a problem with the use of the referral, did you received the message confirming the subscription?
This means 35$ are ready to be applied to your next payment and 35$ they need to be confirmed (wait for the second payment on July)
Reçu consider that are in your bank and you can use in the next payments.
The other 35$ if your friend will make the second payment they go to your bank,7 -

Exactly as Mike said, the referral will apply on your account as a "bank" and the system will take money from there and make your monthly payment. Regarding the pending referral, after checking your account and your friend's account, he is still to make the 2nd payment. Therefore the referral will remain pending until it reaches the requirements.

The amount under Pending corresponds to your referral bonuses that are waiting for your friends’ second payment.
The amount under Total received represents the bonuses you received.
Under Used, you’ll see the amount of your bonuses that were applied to date on your monthly payments.
The amount under Balance corresponds to the amount left to apply to your upcoming payments.
