It's was late! Bell offers this speed since long time ago.7

Optical fiber 300 illimited on bell is 69.95$.
Your asking the question! "What would be the maximum amount you’d be willing to spend for a Home Internet service with a download speed of 200 Mbps (excluding taxes)? *" and your minimum price is between 61~70$. I think u should offer 200mbps for 60$ or 55$ to win the competition. and the 400mbps for 65$ or 70$.8 -
