Hello there,
I just moved and realised the status of my apointment planned for today was at cancelled. How do I contact a human working for fizz as soon as possible so we can find a plan b? I need to have access to internet to work from home on monday.
As anyone ever been in this situation?

Sometime the technicien has problem with the previous installations and he does not have time to respect his appointments
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

I apologize for this unpleasant situation that you've experienced.
After checking your account I can see that the system didn't accept your first moving order and reject it. Checking further, I could see that you were able to redo the order, and this time it was accepted.
If the situation persists, please follow Mike's steps and contact our support department.
