Payment method change?

I'm not able to change my credit card to another card?

    Stephania,
    Go into your account,
    Click on: profile
    Add a new method of payment
    Erase after the old credit card
    Then, return into: My plans
    For each plan you have: you must associate your new method of payment
    Click on: your mobile plan
    Click on: manage method of payment and associate your new credt card.
    Do the same for all your plans.

    I had the same problem a few days ago, you cannot delete your old credit card number even after you've added a new one, until you go into manage plan and switch your payment method to the new credit card number. Only then can you remove/delete your old credit card.
    The problem with the FAQ is it has a couple of steps backwards, the correct order is add new credit card, go to manage plan and switch to your new credit card number as payment method, then go back and delete your old credit card number.
