Why did my plan changed when I reactivate my account ?

After I reactivate my number my plan changed and I have to pay more

    You will pay the actual price, therefore, If you had a special price, you lost it

    You will pay the same amount price as the new user like Mike said.

    @Kawtar,
    If you reactivate your plan more than 60 days, i guess you loose your phone and your plan, but according the Fizz tech, before 60 days, you should keep the same plan.

    As Mike said if you had stabilization prices and you had unsubscribed when you reactivate you will lose those prices and be set for regular prices as all new clients.
    After looking to your account I could see that you've been in contact with our support department and they've informed you how this work and how the reactivation work.
