International Call not completing?

iI'm trying to make a call to Brazil, but does not complete, my plan shows that i have enough minuts. WTH is going on??? i need for EMERGENCY and i can't use it.

Hi Sergio, You need to buy a plan for Brazil minutes!
If not working i suggest you to contact fizz directly by Facebook under the name Fizz or by the green bubble in your account dashboard!

Guys, i already have the 500min plan. it's shows on my plan. but everytime i try to call my country the call cannot be completed.6

Sometime I need to dial two times
Only to be sure are you using +55, I prefer to use + instead 0116 -

Apologies for the encountered issues.
Please go into your phone's settings menu and connect to Fizz EXT for 30 seconds and after switch back to Fizz and reboot your device. Once the phone has fully restarted and it is connected to the Fizz network, please try to place the call once again, following @Mike's suggestion to place the call with +55 in front of the number.
