My credit card was stolen, how can I let you know?

My credit card has been stolen and then cancelled. It is time for my monthly payment but I have not received my new card yet.. how can I let you know the delay and make sure my service is not cancelled?

You can tale a virtual Visa Debit card from your bank. It take only a couple of days. After, you must activate this card on your Fizz account.8

I'd first suggest you add another credit card to your profile if possible to avoid getting a rejected payment on your first card and eventually a cancelled service. If that is not possible, I'd suggest you contact customer support immediately to explain your particular situation and hopefully they might accommodate you.

You can update your credit card by following the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
As for your payment, as you know, Fizz is prepaid and the system will try your payment automatically if your credit card will not work, you will be able to make it manually after you add your new credit card.
Although, after checking your account, I could see that your payment pass for this month and your services are active.
