Why was my referral bonus cancelled?

My friend got a SIM card with FIZZ and used my referral code.
The 35$ were in pending and today when i checked it was cancelled.
Why is it cancelled?

The 35$ are assigned only if the referral code was used for the plan activation.
Did you friend activated the plan with your referral code?
Did he paid two consecutive months?
However, the referral must be shown in your account, try to erase the cache or change the browser.
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

For how long was it pending?
Here what happened for me:
- 1st month: pending
- Around renewal: email saying it was applied, but amount completely disappears from my online account.
- A day or 2 later: amount reappears in my online account, under "total received" and "balance".
- Third payment cycle: amount used against Bill.6 -
The status of the bonus simply says:
"cancelled on 05.10.2020"
I had another referral longer ago that went through no problem.
