when I joined fizz anout 10 month ago , every plan was about 10 dollars cheaper then now , and I also got a messenge recently , said the plan I am having now will be update to the current price after one year I started it , Now Fizz have higher price of simllar plan than Fido.and they do nto have real costemer service and shops. why ?

Since you joined around July 2019, you are supposed to have received also an email around octobre or novembre 2019

When you subscribed to Fizz during the stabilization period, you were informed that your plan was to switch to its regular price once that period was over. But to thank you for your patience and collaboration, you get to keep the price you are paying now until early 2020. You will be notified of the switch to the regular price 30 days in advance. If you change your mobile plan, however, you will lose the price you’re paying now, and regular prices will apply.15 -

Each provider could changes their prices or have promo anytime. I would join the best value provider for the exact same plan offer. If Fido have better price and if you want to keep Fizz, maybe you can talk to the customer support and bargain for a deal. I know that Fido customer service do that sometime to match competitor's price in order to keep their customer.8

The main reason I like Fizz is that I can gift my data. I have 5 plans with Fizz. Some of them use data very little, some of my family member use a lot. Anyway, I can manage to send the data who needs more. That's what I like. If Fido have the same function, and similar price, I will consider switch because Fizz still has issues after more than one year, and hard to communicate with Fizz.7

Fizz constantly adjusts their prices to market. Some plans go up, some plans go down.5

I kindly remind you that Fizz is 100% digital company and therefore we don't have physical stores.
Regarding the price change, we are trying to stay competitive in the market and we adjust them along with it. We also have our Rewards Program and Rollover data.
