Try to restart your modem. To do it, unplug it and wait a few seconds.
Can you check the status of the leds?
If not, you can try to reset to original settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Follow Mike's recommendation, reboot your modem, wait 2 to 3 minutes till the light comes on. Sometimes the connection drops for a x reason, in my area St léonard is fine.
