How to activate Dinosaur badges, been with Fizz for over 12 months?

6 months and 12 months Dinosaur badges should be on my profile, they aren’t. What should I do?

You must contact the support, I never did for my 12 months12

Hi Isabelle, (this name is getting popular on the community) ^-^
Some badges do not unlock automatically, you have to contact the support and they will resolved that easily (and you will also get the points associated with the badges).
From my observations, theses badges are:
- All the dinosaurs badges
- Sunday badge
- Tourist badge
The other ones seems to unluck OK.
Here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Same thing happened to me. Contacted Fizz via Facebook Messenger, they opened a ticket, and I got my Dinosaur badge.
Now it is time to select a "Best Answer" to close this discussion.3 -
