I just moved but for some reason all I see on my account is that my internet has been deactivated?

I just logged into my account for the first time since I moved last week and for some reason I don't see that my internet plan has been transferred to a new address... all it says is that my internet has been deactivated. It's really weird because a technician came by and my internet works so is it just that the website hasn't updated my details yet?
