Hi ! I need to work from home now and since I do VFX for a living, I need a fast internet connection. I would like to upgrade it but cannot really wait for the end of my billing cycle. Is there a way I can force the upgrade to be now and pay this month for the new speed I will get ?

No, you cannot since Fizz is a prepaid service.
However, you can try to contact the support to see if they can do something for you,
