Hello,
I cannot add the new payment method, the site told me that I reached a maximum credit cards limit, please help,

This is a public fourm, please contact the support, to reset the limit and to erase your information
- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.4 -

I hope you have received and contact the Fizz support customer service.
They will help you to add your new method of payment into your account.4 -
Try to do it from profile > payment methods from an incognito browser
If it still won't work you need to talk to them in my case it needed a case:
1. Go here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
2. Make sure you're logged in
3. Click on the chat bubble in the bottom left corner
They'll be able to help you.
