Cannot add a new credit card?

Hello,
I cannot add the new payment method, the site told me that I reached a maximum credit cards limit, please help,

    Hi Andrei,
    This is a public fourm, please contact the support, to reset the limit and to erase your information

    - Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
    - The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
    - Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

    I hope you have received and contact the Fizz support customer service.
    They will help you to add your new method of payment into your account.

    Try to do it from profile > payment methods from an incognito browser
    If it still won't work you need to talk to them in my case it needed a case:
    1. Go here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
    2. Make sure you're logged in
    3. Click on the chat bubble in the bottom left corner
    They'll be able to help you.
