I have been having problems using WhatsApp for calls. My phone says "Call Couldn't Connect. Couldn't place call because your phone's cellular network prevents WhatsApp calls. Try connecting to Wi-Fi and call again"
How do I change the settings on my data so that it allows these calls. Many thanks

Probably you disable the use of LTE to that APP2

This inconvenience is not something related to your plan. The call could not go through because you have disabled the calls from your phone application. You will have to go into your phone's settings and check it out.
