Just wondering if mine's normal. I gotta reboot once or twice a week to maintain connectivity.

NO, it is not normal to restart the Fizz router several times a month

you need to contact the Fizz support by chat online.

No it's not normal. Change your wireless channel to see if it helps.4

Never.
Since the technicians replaced our cables when we were having intermittent problems, the modem has never rebooted or lost connection. It has now been about 2 weeks. https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2205838-internet-disruption-2020-01-16-13-52
In your question on the French forum you asked about the router ( https://communaute.fizz.ca/questions/2223737-fois-mois-devez-redemarrer-routeur-reobtenir-connexion-internet ) so I'll just mention here too that the router should not need to be rebooted either.
With stable and well-configured devices, you should never need to reboot.2 -
Personally i never do.5

almost never4

IMO it should be a rare occurrence - to the point where you don’t remember the last time you did it.3

Once for the past 4 months. No complaints.7

Never restarted the modem since I installed it5

I've never rebooted mine out of necessity. The only times that it has been rebooted was because the power went out.3

I use mine as modem only (I disabled the router features to use my own router) and I had to reboot it once in about 3 months.0
