Referral section in my account changed its design- what does the date mean?

It looks like they changed the referrals page in the my account section. Am I the only one seeing this? And what do the dates mean?

This change is new for all fizz's users.6

It's simply a date of the next payment of the person you refered.
Ex: If a refered one activated one's plan on Jan 15, you would see Feb 156 -
Yes, and it now shows the $:
* pending
* received
* used
* balance

Now if they could only introduce Apple Visual Voicemail...7 -
It is the date at which you will receive the credit (2nd bill the new subscriber pays).
N.B. The date format is in AMERICAN, eh! MM.DD,YYYY

Ya new design except now I only see the last few referrals, the rest disappeared somewhere.2
