Service problem?

So I live in quebec, and have Canada and USA service. I went to Toronto last week, and as soon as I passed the border of Ontario my internet stopped working till I got back into quebec.. what's the deal?

    just activate roaming on your phone

    I had the same trouble and I had select relay operator to auto or search manually

    If you are sure you have the Canada & US plan, and your phone has enabled the Roaming on voice and data connections, then it could have been a Fizz technical problem.

     

    Here is how you can reach them from your Fizz account web page:

     

    Log into your Fizz account.

    Make your way to the Solution Hub.

    On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.

    Hello Chai-yehouda,
    Could you please try to reboot the phone once you are again in the same spot from where the issue started to occur and after make a manual network switch from your phone's settings menu and test with different options of Fizz EXT while data roaming is enabled? Also, do make sure that your APN , if Android phone, or iOS+ Carrier, if iPhone, are properly setup on your device by consulting our FAQ:

    As other said, make sure roaming is ON. You can (1) turn airplane mode ON, wait thirty seconds, then turn airplane mode OFF (to force re-selection of network). If that does not work, as Fizz said, try restarting your phone. If that does not work, contact Fizz to raise a ticket.
