You need to contact the support to have reset it
Some users reported that there is a function in your configuration panel
My Plan -> Payment method -> Reset card limit
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

You need to reset your credit card by Fizz support.
Please, contact Fizz by chat online from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, connecting you online and acces to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and type this adress:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.4 -
But that is a bug on the portal. You should be able to edit the payment method. Please flag it when you chat with the support4

I also had a payment issue (reward not applied). I sorted it out through chat.2
