how can I have my Call history summary
I need a summary of all of the phone calls that I have recieved over the last 6 months.
How can I find this information?

At the moment fizz do not offers this options
You can try contact the support and see if they can arrange something for you
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Fizz does not support this feature, but your phone app should be able to give this information in its history to you (assuming you've been on the same device for the last 6 months).5

Even if you contact Fizz I'm not sure that it will tell you who called you. I remember when I used to get such details (many years ago) it only showed the numbers for outgoing called, received calls just wrote "Incoming call" and the the city.4
