Données mobiles ?

Normalement, j'utilise entre 300 et 800 mg par jour, cependant aujourd'hui j'ai une utilisation de pratiquement 16 gig, ce qui est absolument impossible, j'ai écouté un podcast et un peu de musique, donc il y a certainement un problème

    Où voyez-vous l'utilisation de 16 Go?

    Sur les paramètres de votre téléphone? Ou sur votre compte Fizz?

    Est-ce la même utilisation sur les deux?

     

    Si oui, vous pouvez vérifier votre téléphone pour voir plus de détails.

     

    Si vous avez besoin de plus de données, il y a un certain nombre de clients qui offrent des données en ce moment.

    Where do you see the 16 GB usage?

    On your phone settings? Or on your Fizz account?

    Is it the same usage on both?

     

    If yes, then you can check your phone to see more details.

     

    If you need some more data, there are a number of fellow customers gifting data right now.

    avez-vous effectué une mise à jour du système d'exploitation
    lorsque vous êtes connecté aux données mobiles?
    cela peut utiliser beaucoup de données.
