That's strange because the monthly payments are automatic. You should contact Fizz customer support about this issue to know what's going on.5

If anything changes on your credit card, you need to update the info on your Fizz account.
- credit card number
- expiry date
- billing address
Make sure your billing address matches the same registered on your credit card account.
So if you recently changed address, make sure your billing address on Fizz account is also updated.

It could also happen that Fizz billing system does not process your card correctly.
In this case, you need to contact Fizz support to get it resolved.
