Bonus credits not being applied is it because of referral credits?

There is a known (perhaps on-going) issue with the voicemail credit.
You need to contact Fizz to get that credit. Meanwhile it's probably better just to use the $1 mobile credit if you have that.
As for the internet credit, you have to wait until your next billing cycle.
Usually the referral credits apply only to one of your plans, your main one.
And from what I can tell, both the upgrade credits and referral credit are lumped together on your bill under the same title: "Rebates - referral credits". So it does make it harder to differentiate.

For my internet plan, only the upgrade credit is being applied.
When I look at my internet bill, this credit shows up under the same heading (as referral credits)
"REBATE - referral credits"
So it looks like Fizz billing does not distinguish between the different credits.
The amount gets lumped into the same category on your bill.
The intenet upgrade credits are supposed to apply regardless of whether you are paying the remainder of your plan by referral credit or credit card.

Their billing is a bit buggy in my experience, especially when it comes to applying bonus upgrades. You'll have to deal with their customer service to try to get it fixed. Sorry.6

I've had the free voicemail for a year now and it has never been applied properly. You will need to contact support and they will reimburse you for those credits. Remember to ask for the credit including tax because they credit is normally supposed to be applied on the pretax amount. So your $1 voicemail credit should be $1.15 credit.5

I believe u have already got answer on your voicemail. As for $2 internet credit bonus, I'm in same situation like u, i.e. my internet bill is being paid by referral bonus. I had same question like u when I 1st apply $2. I filed a complain form and was reassured by CS that the $2 is there in my account ALTHOUGH I CANNOT SEE IT. U may do the same to be sure.
