Did you try to put the phone in the airplane mode for 30 seconds
Also if your phone has the option put 3G/4G and not only 3G5 -
phone is working only data not working.8

just tried to put on airplane mode 30 seconds phone is set to choose 3G 4g automatically data still not working? any other solution?8

Have you tried to make a phone call or send out a text message? This will at least confirm that your coverage is correct.
Which provider are you connected to for your phone to be working?
You can manually select the provider to see if you can get a data connection with them. On Android, you go your mobile settings, advanced parameters, turn off automatically select network and then select one from the list.

made a phone csll，ok. the provider is AT&T， went to setting， it is with correct provider. very frustrated. was hoping to use the phone as GPS.3
