Can't reuse the referrals in my account after I added 2nd account and unsubscribe first account?

I had a temporary number in Fizz and get many referrals. Now I'm ok on Fizz and decide to port my real number into it. After 2nd number ported in and working. I canceled my old temporary number.
Now Fizz told me: "The referral bonuses on your account are applied only on your first activated mobile plan. Therefore, the referral bonuses won't apply anymore on your new plan."
???? Hi Fizz, are you serious on it? The referral bonus is for the ACCOUNT, not for the specific SIM card. If it's associated to the specific sim card. What's the point you allow multiple SIM in same account?

You are already a client, in order to use the referral, you need to open a new one4

I can confirm that referral bonuses are applied to the first activated plan. I have two plans under one account, and the referral bonuses are always applied to the plan which was activated first. So apparently the first activated plan is the main plan by default. I wonder if this info is written somewhere in Solution hub because I didn't see it. I just know it from my experience.7

I did not read well you post, you should be able to change your second account in order to have it as principal. Try to contact again the support and ask the same question to a different agent.4

I tried to chat with OTHER rep in Fizz and she said I can do that. She taught me go to the My Profle --> go to the very last part and I have an option to change Perks apply to which account. I did switch to my new account I just activated. See how it will go.
CC Fizz, anybody who has better idea to give me an official answer?
If you allow I port number to existing SIM, I won't go through the hassle.5 -
Unfortunately the findings are inconsistent.
Some Fizz reps will say once the primary plan is discontinued, the referral credits are lost.
Other Fizz reps are able to change over your default plan to one of your other plans. Then your credits will apply to that plan.
This is the first time I've heard applying PERKS to the new account may affect usage of your referral credits. Please keep us updated.
