Hello all,
It is really uncomfortable with the system. I bought a SIM card with the support from my friend (we used his card for the payment). Now I active my Sim Card and Make a Monthly plan. However, when I add my card for the payment, the system refused and show: "You have reached the maximum number of credit cards allowed on your account".
What is that? I just added the second card for the payment. It's really bad and make me crazy.
Please give me some advice.
Thanks!

You have to contact Fizz.
You can initiate a chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ). You'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right in about 15 seconds
