Why when someone call me it is writing usa? How can i change that?

The feature you have on your plan is called Call Display. If it is available, the caller's phone number is sent to your phone. Depending on your phone, it will use your contact list and provide a name for display.
If you are seeing 'usa', you probably have a contact named usa.4 -
