No voicemail message?

Hi. I did not take voicemail, so when people call, Fizz automated message says something like "something went wrong, check the phone number". Is this normal? People think I changed numbers... or was disconnected. Any other ideas / workarounds? Thanks!

    Yes is normal, strange but it is like that :(
    I never check my girl friend phone, since she does not have voicemail too.

    Tried #21# as Mike suggested and did work,
    We tried ##21#, ##67#, ##61#, and ##62# to remove all forwarding. Did not work.
    Suggested to Fizz that they change the default message to something like "the user cannot be reached at this moment, please try again later."
