For me in MTL is working I hangup 2 mins ago.
When did you activate your account?
It was working before?
Did you try to restart the phone?
Your phone is compatible?
Do you have signal?

On a side note, I had a similar issue yesterday but my phone was working fine for 6 months prior to that.4 -
