My account is frozen after changing the credit card and payment. I am trying to contact Fizz but the chat is not working. Help!

    if you are iogged in and you go on that page the chat should be available

    maybe try rebooting your phone or laptop or whatever you are using or refreshing the page

    This is a common problem, best solution is to contact them either through messenger or their support page.

    Known issue occurring very often lately. Contact support either by chat or facebook messenger.
