My account is frozen after changing the credit card and payment. I am trying to contact Fizz but the chat is not working. Help!

if you are iogged in and you go on that page the chat should be available3 -
maybe try rebooting your phone or laptop or whatever you are using or refreshing the page1

This is a common problem, best solution is to contact them either through messenger or their support page.
