How can I get my data to work?

SIM is activated and data stopped working last week. I still have a few gigs left.

    If rebooting doesn't work, you should contact Fizz support. Facebook or live chat work, but Facebook seems to be more effective.

    Another problem could be bad network/issues with fizz network.
    Messaging support is your best bet.
  • What phone model/make do you have?
  • Oh, and check your APN settings also.
