How can I get my data to work?

SIM is activated and data stopped working last week. I still have a few gigs left.

If your account is active and/or calling & texts are working, then we can focus on just Data.
Have you reboot phone? Try Enabling airplane mode, then disable it.
Sometimes your phone may reset or "lose" the APN settings. Check APN settings as follows: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Check that you have Automatic Network mode and Roaming is On.
What phone are you using? If it is iphone, be sure you have the latest iOS update.
If problem persists, you will have to contact Fizz support via FB messenger or Live Chat.

Try rebooting your phone and make sure that you have the data on in your settings5

If rebooting doesn't work, you should contact Fizz support. Facebook or live chat work, but Facebook seems to be more effective.4

Another problem could be bad network/issues with fizz network.
Messaging support is your best bet.4 -
