Why I didn't receive any confirmation email after I chose a plan ?

It seems that I miss a step or two when trying to activate my SIM card. On my profile my status is still pending, I don't know what to do next. It's been more than 3 hours that I've made my phone change.
Can you help me :) ?

    Did you check your spam folder?

    After the activation of your SIM Card you have to choose your new plan by clicking on "Finish activating your plan".

    Did you check your SIM card to see if it is working?
