With only quebec coverage, can i use my unlimited texts to receive or send in another province? Or does it depend which number i am sending the text to?

If you are outside of your coverage zone it will cost you send texts, though I believe it is always free to receive texts as long as you are on a partner network. If you are roaming outside of the Fizz and partner networks abroad it will cost you to send and receive9

No, you cannot when you are outside the coverage zone you need to pay for it7

No you cannot. You have to by addons to talk or text out of your zone. You may be able to put money in your wallet and pay as you go for call and text6

You can send texts as long as it is sent inside your coverage zone.
