I dont have mobil mobile network? all day.

    Have you restarted your phone and/or toggled airplane mode on and off? Was today/yesterday your payment day? Sometimes the payment fails for unknown reasons.

    Yes I did restart the phone many times. And it is not my patient day.

    I have 2 0hones with fizz. Only one has problem. My sim card is working on the phone that has problem.
    It is a samsung s6 update problem thanks

    The network is working fine in Ottawa.
    Fizz said that we might hiccups on its network from now to the end of the stabilization period.
