Are frequent service outages to be expected with Fizz?

I am new to Fizz. As existing users, how frequently do you experience outages? Do you think I should reconsider having adopted this service?

    When I was reading up on them before switching, they were pretty open about the fact that they expected this kind of issue for the first little while. I had no idea it was gonna be on a weekly basis, though...

    I do not understand how difficult is to solve some common issues. I've been a client for 3 months and I'm still not receiving SMS from banks, and I have no idea when that's gonna be fixed.
