Incorrect Amount charged on Credit Card

My Bill amount was 36.62$, but i was charged 39.62$. What should i do to get the balance refund? Where should i raise the issue.

Probabily 4Go + SMS + Calls + 911 = 34.46+TX = 39.62 in quebec7

I had the same issue last month where my credit card was overcharged.
I contacted Fizz by chat and they asked for some screenshots of my credit card report and I got the refund.6 -
Same problem as me, I created a ticket, and I got a refund7

There support is awfull, I have two numbers under my account with same exact options yet one is randomly $3 more. Numb skulls support agents cant do basic math and are telling me it's tax? Seriously? Over a week and they close my ticket with no reason and when I followed up got "are technical team is looking into it".4

I was charged for voicemail, then my free voicemail upgrade ADDED another $1 to my bill. I got an immediate refund last month when I contacted customer service though.3

Contact fizz by chat or facebook, and provide the proof of your credit card being overcharged. They should refund you.5
