This is unfathomable! We're almost 12hrs/half a day without any service whatsoever. Companies go bankrupts for outages like these. We aren't talking about Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat. This is an essential utility in this day and age. We can't even make a 911 call which is appalling!! There better be some real good compensation at the end of this outage.24

If you can’t make the 911 call then, they are not meeting the CRTC mandatory requirements.24

If it takes more than 10 hours to figure out what cause the outage, then you have a bigger problem on how Fizz deployed their network.25

COME ON FIZZ YOU KNEW THE ISSUE AT 9-45 AM AND NO REAL REASON OR TIME LINE TO FIX THIS IS POOR SERVICE AT ANY PRICE.24 -

All day with no service or any additional information explaining what is going on. I. activated 2 lines yesterday. Needless to say so far I am not impressed. There's not even a number I can call to get answers. I just might start looking at an alternate (more reliable) vendor.23

Almost 12 hours without a network, that is definitely not a good service you’re offering. I understand that you’re new and that some problems can occure and that’s fine but 12 hours and no details at all. Not impressed.24

No service here in Ottawa since this morning. Seriously, it's not the first event I get since suscribing to this service a few months ago. Call and texts sometimes don't get in or out. Calls often fail in my car using BT... still no deal breaker but VERY annoying.
Then I got an offer to try Internet as BETA tester... nope, I'm passing.24 -

Also I suggest that fizz push a notification ( via the website) when the service is down like this22 -
No technical details after more than 12 hours of service outage, it's a shame. I can't imagine what it's like for clients that need their cellphones to work.

Fizz is like a cheap used car. Breaks all the time, but you put up with it because it's cheap. When things don't work right, you want to part with it; but in the end you hang on hoping it can be fixed just this one last time -- then its continues to run reliably for a little while longer. That's the sad irony of it all.23

The service is NOT back in Montreal. As this is totally unnaceptable, I invite all users who experienced a SEVERE constraint from today’s over 12 hours interrupted service to change provider tomorrow. I know I’ll do that.23

I think the beta test period and discount needs to be extended. Network is obviously not ready yet, and I don't want to pay full price for an unfinished product.23

I don't wanna be cruel or mean but someone should be FIRED for this! You are commercial service, people are paying you MONEY for not being able to use the service! This is insane! more than 12 hours you are not able to fix this, this is so ridiculous.23

Whizz, it would be great to at least know what triggered this outage.
I'm hoping in my heart that this was triggered due to an attempted upgrade to improve the network or fix the multiple 2fa/SMS/MMS issues.
Then we can at least look forward to a better Fizz experience when service is restored.23 -

They need to extend the beta pricing and drop everyone who was on intro pricing for another 3 months. Hopefully they get their glitches fizzed up by then!
Good thing their internet service does not depend on the same mobile infrastructure!!
I can't imagine losing BOTH service :P.. oh wait this did happen to some coz their BILLING SYSTEM fizzed out as well...
