Send SMS is OK, But I can not RECEIVE any ?

This time I can not receive my verification code by SMS, also I send testing text SMS from my Google Voice number, and no luck, failed to receive, Please help me !

    The reason why is absolutely pathetic. They are using a whitelist system. That means they want to manually reviews and approved each SMS senders before accepting their SMS. If you are using SMS to authentify yourself on many Web based Platform you are in trouble.
    I would like Fizz to explain the rationale behind that kind of control freak behavior and especially why they do not take benefit from Vidéotron Database ?!
    Fizz being owned by Videotron, it is quite difficult to understand why Fizz is so buggy.
