Change the Name of Internet account to my wife's name

My wife and I are both Fizz user and locate at the same address. I had internet and phone plan under my account. She just have a phone plan. Is it possible to transfer the internet service from my account to her account? Thanks!

For this kind of request you need to contact Fizz. You can do so by opening a help page ( exemple https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ). You'll see a bubble chat in the next 15 seconds at the bottom right of the page5

You can not. I asked the same question with Fizz by chatting, and they told me I can not simply transfer. I have to cancel one and re-open another.3

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer any accounts right now. I was in the same situation and wanted to transfer my Internet service back to my account from my cousin's but I was denied. They did say that eventually, this will be available, but not right now.

Why not you just use her credit to pay instead? Fizz probably say no for you already.0
