Why can't I call or text after activating?

Can't call or text and can't receive either... Activated everything and sim card works, please help!

In some cases activation may take up to 2 hours to complete.
Don't forget to configure your APN parameters https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

It's can take up to 24h , if you still have problem contact fizz to verify the activation is complete correctly .5

As others said it could take up to 2 hours to get the transfer done. Fizz support is over chat only.3

Mine only took 15 minutes from activation but I was on Videotron so that's maybe why. It can take a while though depending on several factors.4

download the 3u tool so you will be able to force flash any firmware and also give jailbreak on any devices men2

In 2 of my plans, it's half activated, you need ask Fizz to do he activation manually . Contact Fizz and ask their 'special' team involved.2
