    I know in some areas in Vermont the signal are very weak at times unavailable..

    When you say you do not have service, do you mean no bars? no phone or SMS? no data?
    For data, you need to have roaming turned on for this to work. Double check your APN settings, as others have reported that their phones defaulted to the Videotron settings which work in Canada, but does not work when roaming.

    I share the same faith, fizz failed to deliver what I bough.
    I am also in us for bisuness travel, and voice + sms is not working
    I contacted the support and it was not able to help me, they said it was escalated but I never got any fix.
    Good luck to you, I am sorry that you are also using fizz.
