Why don't I get any incoming calls or texts?

Did you just transfer your phone over ? In some case it may takes over an hour.3

With my wife's phone (ported # from rogers) it took 3 hours before texting (specifically MMS) was working normally. When I ported my # (also from rogers) everything started working within 20 mins. So as M T mentioned, it may take a while.
You can also facebook msg Fizz to verify that porting your number over has been completed - did this with my wife's because it was taking a bit longer.4 -
