Have a Beta invite, but website bugs and won't allow me to book a delivery for modem. What do I do?

I got an invite this week and I want to give it a try, but I can't seem to be able to finish the procedure and add the service? Is it because the fizz website is just garbage or is it something else?

    When I tried with firefox I got an error, then I use Chrome and it worked :)
