Does Fizz SMS cover worldwide? Or just the coverage area?

I have Canadawide SMS , no USA. But I do send a few USA message out last week without any charge. I have $5.75 in my wallet but it's same $5.75 after I sent these USA message.
Can I say Fizz SMS (no matter QC, Canada or CAnada+usa) all support international SMS as long as you stay in your covered area？
If I send message to Chiina or Europe, will I be charged for the international SMS?

I use it from ottawa (covered area) and send to USA number. I'm not charged for this text message.6

@Andrei, can you confirm Fizz support international SMS as long as you stay inside the covered area? I can't find any link which mentioned this.6

Unfortunately, there is no mention about that. Still, I was able to send texts to Romania without any issues. I'm assuming it's worldwide.7

If you have unlimited sms in your plan, you can text worldwide without any charge, as long as you stay within your coverage area.6

What if you don't have unlimited sms plan would you be able send sms worldwide if you had money in "wallet" ?6
