Voicemail pin and language issues?

I've been having issues with my voicemail. When I go to check them I get the tutorial menu every time and it won't save my pin. Also, my voicemail is in French even though my Fizz account is set to English...

    Need re-setup. Ask Fizz to reset to default , and you do setup again

    Contact Fizz support from your online account and describe to them your issue. They should be able to fix it. Good luck!
