Can I get a refund of my Wallet funds?

I added funds to Wallet hoping they will be used for payment. I understood that is not the case. Since I am not roaming nor going out of zone, nor passing the plan (minutes, text or data) I would like to have my wallet money back, please, or applied on the bill (next one and the one after) Could someone let me know how that would be possible? thank you
