one of my accounts is billed $25 instead of the correct introductory rate. How do I get this resolved?

Which plan did you take?
It is possible that the 25$ probably had taxes and 911 fees factored in.16 -
it's a 2gig, Canada +US plan. this plan is charging at over 3x my 8gig Canada US plan.15

$25 is the intro price, they're currently offering, for 2g + Can/US. Could you be thinking of beta pricing? beta prices were extended for 2mo but only for those who already had them.14

If you had beta pricing, it’s obviously a mistake given that they said beta will continue for 2 more months... let fizz know via text on their chat or FB messenger.7
